ICAI Executive Officer Recruitment 2026 Overview
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) invites online applications from Chartered Accountants, including freshers, for 50 Executive Officer posts (Advertisement No. 07/2026/HRD/04). Selected candidates will support ICAI committees, boards and departments on accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate laws and financial reporting matters, with initial posting at Delhi/Noida and liability to be transferred anywhere in India.
Important Guidelines & Preparation Tips
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- experience not essential (freshers eligible)
- Maximum age 25 years as on 30.06.2026
- Pay Level 10 (Basic Pay Rs 56100-177500)
- initial CTC approx Rs 15.68 lakh per annum including DA

- Transport Allowance and NPS
- Selection via Computer Based Test (150 marks
- 150 minutes) followed by Personal Interview
- CBT has General Section (MCQ + Descriptive) and Technical Section (90 MCQs on Accounting Standards

- Negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong MCQ answer
