PNB Local Bank Officer (LBO) Recruitment 2026
Punjab National Bank invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Local Bank Officer (LBO) in JMGS-I scale. Selection will be made state-wise and category-wise, and selected candidates will be posted within the State for which they have applied until completion of nine years of service or promotion to SMG Scale IV, whichever is earlier.

Important Guidelines & Preparation Tips
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification work experience in Clerical/Officer Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB.
- Application can be submitted only for one State, based on the vacancies identified in the notification.
- Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the specified local language of the State for which they are applying.
- Age calculation cut-off date is 01 July 2026; educational qualification and experience eligibility reckoned as on 09 August 2026 (closing date).
